We booked this hotel last minute because of a road block to San Cristobal. Lady at the desk was more than happy to help and contact our other hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, very nice! Good and fast wifi! Including a breakfast buffet with enough options (toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, chips, muffins, fresh fruit). The hotel is right next to the mall, so easy to go there too.

The staff was really helpful they gave me suggestions of What attraction attractions were nearby. He was super friendly and asked if I was nwas needing anything else from him.

Well located. The manager of the hotel was really amazing. She gave me ideas about where to go and how to be safe during my trips to all the tourist attractions.
